Please note that you are required to properly repackage the map (using all polyfoam corners, both shipping boxes, and if the shrink wrap was opened, then to add bubble wrap all along the front of the map) when returning it. NOTE: In the event, your product was DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, we will replace your item immediately (upon receipt of your returned, damaged map) at no additional charge to you. The customer must contact Lightravels within 48 hours of delivery should anything arrive damaged. Lightravels ®, LLC insures your shipment with FedEx and will work directly with FedEx should anything get damaged during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Lightravels immediately if they would like to pay additional to require a signature upon delivery. ![]() Lightravels ®, LLC does get delivery confirmation from FedEx but does not require a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address for their order. TRACKING, DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, AND SIGNATURE: Lightravels ®, LLC only ships via FedEx service and will email the customer their tracking number upon shipment. Should the map come back to us with more damage than when you received it, and we determine the cause was due to improper re-packaging on your part, then we will charge 20% - 50% of the map cost to cover the extra damage sustained. NOTE: In the event your product was DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, we will replace your item immediately (upon receipt of your returned, damaged map) at no additional charge to you. Items received as gifts may be returned for a full store credit, not including the original or return shipping charges. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned products, which will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be paid either by Lightravels ®, LLC check, and mailed to you within 2 weeks from receipt of returned product, or a credit issued on your credit card. Send out the item for exchange or issue a refund, less the shipping charges. Upon receipt of the returned product we will: Products must arrive in brand new condition and must not have any punched holes in the map from the light pegs or any other object.Be sure to fully protect the front of map! NOTE: If you removed the shrink wrap from around the map, you must add bubble wrap in it's place, in order to protect the front of the map and frame.Please use the original carton(s) and all packing materials (bubble wrap, foam corners, etc) you received your product in. Our map and all accessories & literature must be returned to Lightravels ®, LLC within 7 days from receiving your RMA from us.We strongly recommend that you ship via UPS or FedEx and please insure your return, as we are not responsible for return shipping damages or loss. You are responsible for return freight and insurance.Custom orders may not be refunded, returned or exchanged.Call Lightravels ®, LLC within 7 days from receipt of your order to obtain our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), along with shipping instructions.Please read below for rules, exceptions and miscellaneous information.
